Request a password recovery email for your portal login. Membership claim and NN profile email are separate.
Use the email for your portal sign-in. This is not the NN membership profile email when those differ. Open the new recovery email in the browser where you want to finish, then choose Continue and set a new password. The email link works once. If it was opened in another browser or device, request a new email and open that new link here.
